We are looking for a Amicable Collection Officer (2 years of experience). Based in Brussels, this role offers a hybrid working model with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing contacts with customers in arrears.
- Analyse customer files to ensure appropriate handling.
- Negotiate with customers in arrears.
Must-Have Requirements
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Familiarity with various IT tools.
- Dutch proficiency.
- French proficiency.
- English proficiency.
