Analyst, Sales Operations

Role Overview

Global Packs (Eastpak, JanSport & Kipling) EMEA is looking for an Analyst, Sales Operations to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. As a Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow‑up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets and business objectives for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and follow‑up of monthly sales forecasts, helping to track performance against targets.
• Monitor the orderbook (including aged orders) and assist with actions such as cancellations and pull‑forwards to support monthly results.
• Prepare regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to help the team understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with Channel Sales teams, supporting them in improving orderbook conversion and follow‑up.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with the set‑up and updates of sales order entry tools.
• Handle day‑to‑day sales requests and questions, ensuring timely and clear responses.
• Support process improvements and ensure good coordination with other functions.
• Help train and guide Sales teams on tools and processes.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or related field is a plus, but experience and motivation are equally important.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and keen interest in working with data and reports.
• Structured way of working, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
• Interest in sales operations and business processes, with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic experience or exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support activities.
• Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SAP or Power BI is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks and following up when needed.
• Ability to work in an international environment and interact with different teams.

Salary and Location

Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Salary: €41,760.00 – €52,200.00 EUR annually
