As the Head of Client Development, you will be an ambassador of the brand and develop the brand’s business by driving Client loyalty and identifying and seizing Client recruitment and development opportunities in Client Services Europe.

You will develop the Client Development strategy for Client Services Europe in line with the brand’s vision, defining and monitoring client-related objectives for each market and supporting the implementation of the zone’s client development priorities adapted to the local markets. You will lead and inspire the Client Development Private Client Advisor team and animate the CSC network of Clienteling Ambassadors and CSC Managers.

Job responsibilities

Client Development

Develop and drive a Clienteling mindset across teams, fostering a culture of client-centricity within CSC

Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to define and evaluate clienteling effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Establish and scale best practices for personalized client interactions across all touchpoints. Align Clienteling efforts with broader omnichannel initiatives.

Train and support client-facing teams in delivering exceptional, tailored experiences to enhance opportunities for long‑term Client relationships and Client Development.

Provide regular reports and insights into senior leadership on Clienteling and CRM performance.

Collaborate closely with cross‑metier teams in Central, EMEA, Client Services and Regional teams to ensure cohesive Clienteling strategies

CRM Data Base Management

Tailor CRM strategies that reflect brand identities and local Client expectations

Ensure the effective use and drive innovation of CRM tools, data analytics, and personalized CRM approaches across all channels to foster a client‑centric culture and drive business growth.

Define and implement the overarching CRM strategy aligned with business objectives to drive Clienteling

Private Client Relations

Define Private Client Relations strategy securing presence in key international and local events

Partner with EMEA and Regional teams in identifying key event and experience calendars

Drive in‑person store appointments and experiences for CSC Teams

Lead budget allocation and project management for event portfolio and Client gifting strategy by allocating resources and maximizing impact

Define the strategic vision, priorities, and roadmap for the Digital Private Client Advisor (DPCA) function, in line with business ambitions and omnichannel clienteling objectives.

Partner with Central, EMEA and Regional Head Offices and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, align priorities, and ensure the DPCA model supports regional business needs

Provide strategic oversight of training and capability‑building priorities, in partnership with relevant teams, to ensure the function continues to evolve with client expectations and business needs.

Team Development and Animation

Lead the development and performance management of direct reports, while serving as an active member of the Louis Vuitton Client Services Management team.

Drive the animation, elevation, and engagement of the Clienteling Ambassadors community in CSC

Profile

  • Strong experience in CRM, Clienteling, and Customer Development with a hands‑on approach
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years leadership experience managing multicultural teams and cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Proven track record in driving omnichannel client engagement
  • Experienced with customer data, segmentation and personalization to engineer intimacy at scale.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Project and change management skills
  • Knowledge of luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service environments
  • Fluency in English and potentially additional European languages
