We're looking for a senior business analyst to define requirements for AML monitoring and detection. You'll work with compliance, operations and IT to turn regulatory needs into specifications and improve alert workflows.
What you'll do
- Gather and document business, compliance and functional requirements.
- Translate regulatory needs into functional, non-functional and technical specifications.
- Redesign alert triage and L1/L2/L3 escalation workflows.
- Define detection scenarios, thresholds and alert workflows.
- Design test conditions for performance and user acceptance testing.
- Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
What you bring
- At least four years of business analysis experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Understanding of workflow processes, IT concepts and testing.
- Requirements management experience in a scaled agile environment.
- Analytical, structured problem-solving and independent working.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Dutch or French, C1.
- English, C1.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with process modelling tools, BPMN or Visio.
- Knowledge of AML systems, including configuration and tuning.
- AML experience in a project context.
