Job Description
The consultant will join the IDGP (Intelligent DocumentGeneration Platform) initiative within the Ruby Program, a strategictransformation program aimed at accelerating regulatory submissions andtime-to-market. The project focuses on implementing a structured contentauthoring platform that will replace traditional document authoring methods andenable content reuse, AI-assisted authoring, and direct integration ofenterprise data into regulatory documents. The role will support the technicalimplementation and integration of the selected solution with multiple systemsand teams.
Typical Day
- Leaddiscussions with vendors and internal technical teams.
- Gatherand refine technical requirements and integration specifications.
- Coordinatesolution design and implementation activities.
- Workclosely with Enterprise Architects, DT teams, validation SMEs, andbusiness stakeholders.
- Followup on integrations with SSO, Snowflake/Data Foundation, Veeva andAI/Agentic capabilities.
- Supporttesting preparation, validation activities, and implementation readiness.
- Facilitateworkshops and stakeholder meetings to drive technical decisions andproject progress.
Years of Experience
- Targetprofile: 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
- Managerpreference is towards the higher end of the range due to the complexity ofthe integrations and stakeholder environment.
Must Have
- Strongexperience in system integration projects.
- Experienceworking in a GxP / regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Understandingof regulatory processes (Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Labeling, Clinical,etc.).
- Experiencetranslating technical requirements into specifications and solutiondesigns.
- Abilityto coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strongcommunication skills and autonomy.
- High attention to detail and quality mindset
