About the Role
This role provides people and payroll services to all clubs within Belgium and the Netherlands. It supports accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activity. The role ensures processes are aligned with local employment law, company policy, and statutory requirements in Belgium and the Netherlands. The postholder liaises directly with the payroll team to support pay queries across clubs and helps upload relevant documentation to the HR system to retain team member employment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Support accurate people administration.
- Support payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR systems.
- Support employee lifecycle activity.
- Ensure processes align with local employment law, company policy, and statutory requirements in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Liaise directly with the payroll team to support pay queries across clubs.
- Upload relevant documentation to the HR system to retain team member employment records.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Understanding of the Dutch language.
- Full understanding of Belgium payroll requirements, such as Dimona's, meal vouchers, and C4's.
- Numerical accuracy.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills.
- Good communication skills in writing and external messaging.
- Experience of handling confidential information and complying with all GDPR requirements.
Workplace
- 2/3 days a week in one of the clubs
- May require ad hoc travel to clubs and events in the UK
