PowerBuilder Developer – Oracle PL/SQL

Our client, a prominent organization in the utility sector, is looking for a developer to program administrative technical applications. This role focuses on developing, testing, and documenting application code based on technical specifications and internal standards within a project-driven environment.

• Develop, test, and document application code in a specialized development environment.
• Follow technical specifications provided by analysts while adhering to internal IT guidelines.
• Provide technical advice and feasibility evaluations to analysts and designers.
• Apply change and release management processes strictly within an agile framework.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the internal ICT community.
• Manage incident tickets and provide accurate workload estimations for development tasks.

• 5+ years of experience in application development using PowerBuilder.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL tuning.
• 5+ years of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work items, branching, and merging.
• 5+ years of experience with UML2.
• You possess experience with source control using GitHub.
• You have experience with Agile development methodologies and Release Management.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of .NET development with C#.
• Experience with XML.
