Tasks and responsibilities
Within a large-scale business transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced functional analyst to strengthen the existing teams.
You will contribute to the handover, refactoring and greenfield delivery of business applications in an Agile environment. In this role, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle and act as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, project stakeholders, team leads and relevant partners.
- Identify, analyse, document and validate existing business processes as well as new functional and non-functional user needs.
- Translate requirements into concrete business solutions through functional analysis, application design and customer journey thinking.
- Collaborate with technical team members to validate the functional design and support the translation into technical specifications.
- Follow up end-to-end on the delivery of new functionalities and applications.
- Prepare and maintain the documentation required throughout the different project phases.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and project coordinators to refine and validate proposed solutions.
- Support project managers by reporting status, facilitating decision-making, managing risks and escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to test analysis and design, including the preparation of test plans and test cases.
Deliverables
You are expected to deliver high-quality analysis artefacts within the agreed timelines, including:
- Analysis documentation
- Software requirements specifications, including diagrams and supporting analysis
- Data models
