- Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX solution
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with other departments when needed
- Recognise commercial opportunities and respond to them naturally
- Navigate different systems and information tools to provide fast and accurate answers
- Contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact onwards
- Serve as a key point of contact for VELUX Belgium
- Collaborate with After Sales Service and teams across the organisation
Requirements
- Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
- Strong listening skills and ability to ask the right questions
- Friendly, professional and confident communication
- Accurate information processing
- Comfortable using different systems and digital tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to new initiatives and changing priorities
- Open to feedback and eager to keep learning
- Commercial mindset and ability to recognise opportunities during customer conversations
