Griffith Foods is seeking an Operational Leader to oversee shift teams, translate objectives into action, and ensure safe, quality-driven production across the site. The role requires strong people leadership and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
You will drive performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, OEE), lead continuous improvement and Kaizen events, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Engineering on strategic initiatives.
