DEME is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business, processes and digital innovation. You will translate business needs into sustainable HR-focused digital solutions and support organizational transformation initiatives.
You will analyze processes, define requirements, and collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, while enabling data-driven decision-making and testing of new systems.
