Are you eager to join a team fuelled by open and curious minds? People who are passionate about their work and create new solutions for a new day? Then you’re at the right place.

Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a positive impact.

Leading with heart, living by values.

Insurers are not only impacted by increasing regulatory requirements, but also by a greater focus on data and by risks originating from their changing strategies and technology-driven client services. The rapidly changing environment creates new risks, but also new opportunities. These risks and opportunities, next to the digital and workforce transformation, the rise of new technology, and the increasing need for client centricity require financial institutions to transform their businesses and work at the same time on their cost base and on their productivity agenda. Needless to say, in that context, understanding the agenda of top management of insurance companies is of utmost importance to deliver qualitative and value-added services. Want to join a dynamic team of experts advising the big players of the Insurance market in Belgium (and abroad)? Looking for an opportunity to work on various types of assignments, including providing advice and expertise on risk regulatory projects, helping clients implement new regulations from start to finish by assessing the impacts on the target operating model (governance, processes, people, systems, etc.), and creating value by looking beyond pure compliance? Want to help businesses navigate market challenges? Then join our Insurance team, where you’ll learn how our experts help the sector manage the evolution of their businesses and advise on their risk and regulatory agendas in a climate of rapid digitization.

  • Discuss with your team to share ideas and keep learning and growing
  • Respond to clients’ needs by delivering high-quality services across various types of projects
  • Develop a holistic approach to increase the level of trust, implement strategic decisions in a sustainable manner and enhance efficiency
