Area Manager ONLY

We are looking for an Area Manager for our ONLY & SONS stores in Belgium.

Being part of setting ONLY & SONS retail stores into the Belgian market will be your biggest challenge. You will be akey personon our next big journey in the international retail world. You will work closely together with the Country Retail Manager, where your strategic and tactical capabilities will be important as well as your talent and drive for daily operations and retail management. Next to that, you are the source of inspiration for our managers in the stores, you guide, coach and offer structure. Every day you are innovating to promote agenuine experience, serviceandcustomer loyaltyin the stores.

Your Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for creating the retail structure in the Flandersregion. You manage your stores based on yourKPIsand you are responsible for growth and turnover together with the store managers. You are brimming withenergyandenthusiasm. You know how to get the best out of yourself and the store managers every day. In addition to these activities, you are also busy recruiting and hiring new employees in collaboration with your store managers and our recruitment department.
