Cloud Engineer

Are you passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and Generative AI? We are looking for a Junior Cloud Native Ops Engineer to join an innovative team working on next-generation AI platforms and chatbot solutions. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native environments while contributing to the development of AI-powered business solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Junior Cloud Native Ops Engineer, you will:

• Configure and manage AWS cloud services, including networking, gateways, Lambda, container services, and Landing Zone setups.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
• Evaluate architectural designs, identifying benefits, risks, and trade-offs.
• Validate solution compliance and support deployments to ensure business requirements are met.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, capacity management, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while performing root cause analyses.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services.
• Participate in on-call duties when required.

You will contribute to the development of a secure and scalable platform enabling the onboarding of AI-powered assistants and GenAI solutions across the organization.

This includes

• Building and maintaining chatbot solutions.
• Working with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Supporting the governance, framework, and platform architecture for Generative AI use cases.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven business solutions.

Your Profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, software development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, and automation practices.
• Eager to learn and grow within cloud engineering and AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and results-oriented mindset.
