Nedap is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Vilvoorde to resolve complex tickets and train customers on access control solutions. You will work with networks, software, and hardware to diagnose issues and provide clear, actionable guidance.
You will combine technical investigation with effective communication, helping customers understand the technology and empowering them to handle more questions independently. The role requires collaboration across international teams and travel as needed.
