We are currently looking for a Contract Logistics Solutions Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of innovative logistics solutions for a wide range of customers across Belgium and the BeNeLux region.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for logistics engineering, supply chain optimization, and project management who enjoy solving complex operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain and warehouse processes for existing and new customers.
- Design and optimize logistics solutions covering warehousing, inbound/outbound flows, distribution activities, and warehouse layouts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize operational performance.
- Develop business cases and logistics solutions using engineering and calculation tools.
- Lead medium-sized logistics projects from tender phase through implementation.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customers to deliver effective logistics solutions.
- Travel within the BeNeLux region to support various customer projects when required.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics engineering, supply chain, operations, or project engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; AutoCAD knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region.
