AME Regional Planning Hub provides Demand, Supply & Material Planning as a Service to and in close collaboration with AME OpCos, with aim to strengthen performance and stability of end-to-end planning processes, and to support with continuous improvements of S&OP capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management across various organizational levels; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Experience in planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP);
familiarity with FuturMaster Demand/Supply Planning as a plus - Deep personal ownership and accountability, with focus on value creation through continuous improvement; TPM CSLP experience as a plus
- Resilient in overcoming challenges while fostering collaboration; flexible, adaptable, and able to manage complexity and time pressure
