stow group seeks a frontline technical-commercial leader to win complex steel construction projects, interfacing directly with clients and guiding the full sales cycle from early discussions to contract signature.
You will translate customer needs into robust structural solutions, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive offers that balance design, cost, planning and risk. Fluency in English is essential; German is a strong asset.
