Umicore seeks an experienced professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives within the AL organization as the OE process gatekeeper. The role requires SME-level oversight of benchmarking, efficiency, and standardization across sites, with travel to other Business Units in different countries.
The candidate should be able to mentor less experienced colleagues and support OE roadmaps to stay on track, potentially working from Nysa or Hoboken.
