We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join an ambitious organisation based in Antwerp.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the business with reliable financial analysis. You will act as a key partner for management by translating financial data into clear insights and helping drive operational and strategic improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of financial reporting activities and ensure timely delivery of accurate information
- Perform variance analyses and provide recommendations to improve business performance
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Monitor financial processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and transparency
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Partner with different departments to support financial decision-making and business growth
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or management accounting
- Strong understanding of financial processes and performance analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A hands‑on mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail
