TiTANS België is seeking a Work Client Applications Service Lead to ensure operational stability and service quality across the Work Client domain. You will coordinate requests, perform initial analysis, and guide functional/technical experts to a consolidated operational view.
Beyond Salesforce Field Service, you will broaden knowledge of surrounding business apps and ensure end-to-end process understanding, focusing on governance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
