We’re looking for a Dutch and English-speaking Health & Safety Lead, internally known as the Site H&S Lead, to take ownership of safety performance at our Bornem Manufacturing Plant. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership, champion our Zero Harm philosophy, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence culture, performance, and continuous improvement across a dynamic production environment.
Experience & Capability
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or Belgian Preventieadviseur Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (or equivalent)
- Experience managing HSE systems, audits, and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive safety improvements and corrective actions.
- Experience leading incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
