ING Brussels is seeking a Customer Journey Expert – Logic & Rules / Managed Data & NCA. You will design, implement and maintain data-driven rules and risk logic to support automated CDD processes bank-wide.
You will own Managed Data and NCA lifecycle aspects, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Architecture and IT, driving change with traceability, auditability and scalable data solutions across onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven processes.
