Beheerder Aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen

We are looking for a liability insurance administrator for an insurance broker in Ghent.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• You will manage and monitor liability insurance and the associated policies.
• You will analyse client files and draw up clear, well-considered proposals.
• You will liaise with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
• You will handle changes, renewals, certificates and administrative follow-up with precision.
• You will ensure the quality of files and the correct application of procedures.
• You will actively contribute ideas for improvements to operations, service and the customer experience.

Voor deze functie zoeken we volgend profiel:

• Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen verzekeringen.
• Je beschikt over een goede kennis van aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen of bent bereid je hier snel in te verdiepen.
• Je communiceert duidelijk, vriendelijk en professioneel in het Nederlands.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
• Je bent klantgericht en denkt mee in oplossingen, niet in vraagtekens.
