Assistant Facility Director — Child Programs

Army NAF seeks a senior childcare program supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, report to the Director, and supervise assigned staff. You will ensure safety, compliance with health, fire and DoD standards, and oversee performance, training, and scheduling.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in child development or related field, supervisory experience, and required immunizations and background checks. Travel may be required; work with children in classroom and activity areas.
