M&A due diligence is slow and expensive, often taking 5+ weeks and costing over €30,000 in legal fees alone, largely due to manual document review. Jurimesh streamlines this process with a shared workspace and AI that automatically analyzes documents for legal and commercial risks, cutting review time from four weeks to two and reducing human error.
Trusted by 50+ M&A teams across Europe, Jurimesh is backed by €1.6 million in funding and is scaling its engineering team to build the infrastructure behind modern dealmaking.
Your Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll build and scale the platform that powers AI-driven due diligence for M&A transactions across Europe. You'll work across the full stack with full ownership over what you ship.
You'll make meaningful architectural decisions, work directly with our CTO, and see your work used by deal teams at top law firms and PE houses.

- Design and build APIs and backend services
- Develop and optimize LLM/ML pipelines
- Build frontend features
- Scale background workers and processing systems
- Improve performance and infrastructure
