Full Stack Developer

Join our development team to build the next generation of our Release Management Platform and internal developer toolchain. We look for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong QA automation mindset who wants to combine feature development with improving software quality.

Role

As a Full Stack Developer you will design and develop modern software solutions used by R&D and Engineering teams. You will work on a business‑critical Release Management Platform that centralizes internal software, simplifies deployments and helps teams deliver faster and more reliably. You will be involved in the full development cycle: architecture, backend, frontend, automated testing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features using React & TypeScript for modern front‑end applications, Go (Golang) and C# .NET for scalable backend services.
  • Design, build and maintain REST APIs, gRPC services, reusable software components, internal developer tools.
  • Improve software quality through QA automation, unit testing, integration testing, end‑to‑end testing and test strategy improvements.
  • Work with technologies and concepts such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Clean Code principles, SOLID, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), event sourcing.
  • Collaborate through code reviews, technical discussions, architecture improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript.
  • Interest or experience with Golang and/or C# .NET.
  • Experience with modern backend development.
  • Strong interest in Quality Assurance and test automation.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices.

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

  • .NET 9 / .NET 10
  • Playwright
  • Automated testing frameworks
  • Azure cloud services
  • Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Figma / UI & UX principles

Communicates clearly and is fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
