Freelance Opportunity: SAP HRIS Project Manager (2 positions)
Duration: January 2027 - December 2028
Remote work: Hybrid, with remote work possible up to 3 days per week
Languages: Dutch, French and English (minimum B2 level in all three)
We are looking for 2 experienced Freelance SAP HRIS Project Managers to join a large-scale HR transformation environment within a major Belgian organization.
The projects will primarily focus on SAP Time Management, Workforce Planning Recruitment/ATS.
- Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
- Coordinate project planning, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, SAP specialists and application owners.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to steering committees and key stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration between functional and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment with project governance, standards and business objectives.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience within large organizations (10,000+ employees).
- Experience managing at least 5 large-scale projects lasting more than one year.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Time Management.
- Hands-on project experience with Quinyx is mandatory
- Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or other ATS platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
- Good understanding of HRIS architecture, integrations, functional analysis and workforce management processes.
- Experience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English (minimum B2 level in all three languages).
