About Corilus
Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.
We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Dévelopement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.
We are looking for builders — people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.
About The Role
As P&E Transformation Programme Manager, you will act as the operational multiplier for the CTO and CPO.
You will hold the programme thread across the major strategic initiatives running across Product & Engineering, ensuring that priorities are translated into clear programmes, ownership is explicit, dependencies are visible, risks are surfaced early and leadership has the information needed to make decisions.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Product, the CTO and CPO, as well as senior stakeholders across the wider business including the CEO, CFO and HR Director.
You will also contribute directly to the materials and discussions presented to the Management Committee and Board.
This is not a traditional PMO or coordination role. You will be expected to understand the substance behind the programmes, challenge assumptions, identify trade-offs and help leadership move decisions forward.

Turn strategy into execution
- Translate CTO and CPO priorities into structured programmes with clear objectives, owners, milestones and success measures.
- Establish the right governance and operating cadence for major initiatives.
- Track progress across multiple teams and programmes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution between stakeholders.
- Challenge slippage, ambiguity and conflicting priorities before they become larger problems.
- Escalate risks and decisions to the right level at the right time.
Create executive visibility
- Prepare board materials, SteerCo packages, quarterly business reviews and management reporting.
- Consolidate complex programme information into clear, decision-oriented narratives.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting that give the CTO, CPO and executive team an accurate view of progress.
- Ensure reporting is consistent, timely and focused on what actually matters.
- Support the CTO and CPO in preparing for Management Committee and Board discussions.
Act as a strategic partner
- Work with the CTO and CPO on portfolio priorities, trade-offs and strategic decisions.
- Bring an independent view of programme health, risks, dependencies and organisational capacity.
- Help leadership distinguish between activity and actual progress.
- Connect individual initiatives to the broader Product & Engineering strategy.
- Ensure decisions made at leadership level translate into action across the organisation.
Connect the organisation
- Work day to day with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to understand delivery reality.
- Partner with Heads of Engineering and Heads of Product on portfolio trade-offs and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate across tribes, functions and programmes where ownership or dependencies cross organisational boundaries.
- Work with executive peers including Finance, HR and the CEO organisation where initiatives require cross-company alignment.
- Build trust across the organisation while maintaining the ability to challenge when needed.
