KEYES seeks a Head of Sales Excellence to own the commercial operating model across Belgium and Europe. You will govern bid management, value proposition, forecasting, CRM discipline and commercial finance to enable unified selling and predictable results.
You will lead a cross-functional team of eight, work with the Chief Commercial Officer, and drive cadence, data quality and KPI-driven improvement. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is essential.
