Quality Coordinator

• You supervise works in progress and ensure they are carried out in accordance with quality standards.
• You also centralise knowledge relating to the core processes within the company.
• You are responsible for managing the knowledge database and ensuring the continuous optimisation of the system.
• Furthermore, you analyse the applicable standards and closely monitor developments, upgrades, technical bulletins and recommendations.
• You also carry out internal audits on sites and within internal departments (ISO 9001 and technical processes), reporting with attention to strengths and proposals for improvement.
• You are responsible for quality controls on sites, including completing checklists, conducting rounds and collecting inspection forms.
• In addition, you provide advice and methodologies for handovers and the commissioning of sites.
• You manage the corrective and remedial actions arising from audits, reports, non-conformities and improvement proposals, and where necessary embed these structurally within the management system.
• Finally, you are responsible for administrative follow-up, including flagging deviations and deficiencies.

Wie ben jij?

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als Quality Coordinator binnen infrastructuurwerken.
• Daarnaast ben je flexibel ingesteld en beschik je over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.
• Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af en je weet je duidelijk en vlot uit te drukken.
• Bovendien ben je betrouwbaar, punctueel en sta je stevig in je schoenen.
• Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Ervaring met het werken binnen een grotere ploeg is een pluspunt, of je staat er alleszins voor open — je komt terecht in een ervaren werfteam.
• Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven verspreid over Vlaanderen.
