Responsibilities
- Plan and organize complex IT software development and implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project scope, timing, budget, capacity, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors within a multi-project delivery context.
- Facilitate release management, implementations, and migrations while ensuring rigorous quality control.
- Provide transparent status reporting and decision-making data for management and stakeholders.
- Implement and professionalize agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban across teams.
