• Follow up with internal SAP Ariba requestors to monitor and improve Purchase Order compliance performance
• Support colleagues across the business with the correct placement of Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba
• Maintain and continuously improve a structured list of Frequently Asked Questions to empower requestors to self-serve
• Assist the Procurement team with a variety of administrative tasks across the end-to-end procurement process
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the wider team
