We're looking for a senior SAP FSM specialist to connect field service planning and mobile operations with SAP S/4HANA. You'll lead functional design through production and help junior colleagues build the skills to work independently.
What you'll do
- Lead SAP FSM design from business requirements through production.
- Optimise field team planning and dispatching.
- Deploy mobile applications for field technicians.
- Define integrations with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR and peripheral applications.
- Provide N2/N3 support, including testing and documentation.
- Coach junior colleagues through peer reviews, workshops and practical exercises.
What you bring
- SAP FSM expertise backed by at least five years of hands‑on experience.
- Experience across several FSM deployment or transformation projects.
- Proven experience with the Planning & Dispatching Board and FSM Mobile Applications.
- Advanced configuration of activities, teams, skills and SLAs.
- Knowledge of Smartforms, Workflows and Business Rules.
- Experience integrating SAP FSM Cloud with SAP S/4HANA.
- Very good SAP PM knowledge; good SAP MM and SAP FI/HR knowledge.
- Good ABAP and integration knowledge, including specifications for APIs, CPI and BTP.
- Knowledge of SAP FS.
- Experience supporting or deploying field service solutions.
- Ability to train users and support change management.
- French, native.
- English.
Good to know
- Three working days per week.
- Travel to other offices may be required.
