We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and present business cases and project proposals.
- Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions and ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to model them effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IT industry or with technology-driven projects.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.PowerBI)
