Founding AI Software Engineer

Hawksworth in Antwerp is seeking an AI Software Engineer who is fluent in Dutch to join as a founding member. The role combines full-stack development with AI workflows, using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Expect a hybrid setup with several days on-site while helping scale an ambitious AI-native platform. You will work closely with the four co-founders to craft clean architecture, own critical modules, and accelerate product-market fit in Europe’s thriving AI space.
