Job Overview
As a nurse at the Melderthof residential care centre, you will take responsibility for the care trajectory of residents, combining nursing procedures with warm, person‑focused care and building sustainable care relationships. You will work alongside other nursing and care professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing procedures following current guidelines;
- Follow care plans and resident records;
- Observe and report changes in health and wellbeing;
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families and physicians;
- Support nursing staff in their daily work;
- Carry out administrative tasks to maintain quality of care.
Qualifications
- Professional bachelor’s or HBO degree in nursing and a valid visa;
- Independent working style with ability to thrive in a team environment;
- Socially skilled with a listening ear for residents, families and colleagues;
- Flexible and resilient under stress;
- Proficient in the Dutch language.
