We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team in Sofia for a French Speaking Customer Support Agent position in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional looking to advance their career within the global Customer Support Services industry while enjoying a fully supported relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class assistance to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the internal database system.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and efficient guidance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and service standards.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and quality targets consistently.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
