Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a QA Lead Upstream to manage Food Safety and Quality in the Upstream department. You will investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis and ensure QMS compliance across processes and equipment.
You will lead the quality agenda, mentor team members, and coordinate action plans for continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of food safety and product quality.
