BWC is looking for a Business & Project Analyst – Intelligent Automation & AI in Belgium. This is a full-time contract opportunity, and freelance candidates can also apply.
Job Type: Hybrid – 50% Onsite + 50% Teleworking in Belgium
- Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Initial professional experience in implementing AI solutions within a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment such as a TSO.
- Excellent command of Dutch and/or French and excellent English.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Master's in Science, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and automation available on the market.
- Strong understanding of AI use cases, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience assessing the business value and feasibility of AI and automation use cases.
- Strong project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional technology implementations.
- Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements for AI/automation solutions.
- Ability to connect business expectations with implementation/IT teams.
- Experience supporting business users in adopting new technologies and tools.
- Ability to act as a spokesperson/promoter for AI and automation within an organization.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Independent, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong customer focus, flexibility, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Support business teams in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.
- Analyse business needs and define AI/automation requirements.
- Assess and prioritize AI and automation use cases based on their business value.
- Coordinate implementation of new technologies across cross-functional projects.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Promote the adoption and effective use of AI and automation within Elia.
- Train and support business users in using new tools and technologies effectively.
- Apply AI knowledge within the TSO/energy environment to support business transformation.
