Oversee cleaning operations and ensure compliance with service levels, procedures, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Organize resources, schedules, and priorities to guarantee service continuity and optimal operational delivery.
Manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with agreed costs, deadlines, and KPIs.
Act as the client's main point of contact, building long‑term trusted relationships and providing solutions tailored to operational needs.
