Structural works team leader

Responsibilities

• You monitor the quality of the work, cleanliness, and safety at the site.
• Managing and motivating a team of rough construction workers.
• Consulting with project managers, site managers, and subcontractors.
• Organizing and coordinating daily operations.
• Performing masonry, concrete work, sewer and ground works, concrete and formwork tasks.
• Solving technical challenges at the construction site.

• You ensure a safe working environment and make sure all safety guidelines are followed.
