Securitas is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while coordinating with client representatives to deliver reliable security and customer service.
The role requires a Delaware State Guard Card and at least 2 years of security leadership experience, with opportunities to mentor and develop the team across shifts.
