EcoFlow is seeking a Senior Technical Service Engineer for a full-time, 100% remote position. You will handle after-sales technical support for overseas regions, perform remote troubleshooting, and travel on-site when needed to fix issues.
You’ll analyze product launch problems, write training materials, and train international teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in pre-sales, after-sales, or technical training, fluent English and Dutch, and strong
