Sterima is a dynamic Belgian SME operating in a demanding and challenging market. Sterima is the partner of choice for sterilization services for hospitals and medical companies in the Benelux. From its two sterilization facilities in Liège and Kortrijk, Sterima supplies approximately 140 hospitals daily with surgical instruments on a just-in-time basis.

We are currently looking for a Business Support Specialist for the Kortrijk site
Someone with a passion for data and customers who serves as the connecting link between our customers, systems, and internal processes. Thanks in part to your skills, colleagues can work efficiently, and you actively contribute to optimal customer satisfaction. The Business Support Specialist reports to the Customer Service and Support Manager
Your role consists of two main areas
- Business Support
- Creating, modifying, and managing customer, product, and supplier data
- Monitoring the quality and consistency of master data, including by establishing and maintaining data management procedures, performing checks, and generating reports
- Supporting colleagues with questions regarding data management
- Onboarding new customers, including data registration for customers
- Assisting with ERP projects and migrations
- Managing the Bartender labeling system
- Documenting procedures
- Office Administration
- Order entry
- Backup for customer care colleagues
- Informing customers about the delivery of our products and services
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience, with experience in customer care and administrative data management
- You work with precision and are well-organized; you are customer-focused, communicative, and solution-oriented
- You have an affinity for ERP systems and data
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- You can work independently, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate team spirit.
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, French, and English.
