Job Description

Hospitality Talents is seeking an experiencedand visionary Director of Operations with a strong F&B background tolead the operational excellence of a prestigious and dynamic hotel in Brussels.

This role is ideal fora strategic leader who can oversee the entire operations of the hotel, with aparticular focus on Food & Beverage, to ensure exceptional guestexperiences, financial performance, and team development.

In this key leadershipposition, you will report directly to the General Manager and work closely withthe Executive Committee to shape the operational vision of the hotel. Your F&Bexpertise will be critical in aligning the hotel’s offerings with its brandstandards, financial objectives, and innovative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations (with a focus on F&B)to ensure exceptional guest experiences and optimal profitability.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategiesaligned with financial goals and the hotel’s lifestyle DNA.
  
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L with afocus on F&B performance.
  
• Lead and inspire a multicultural team todeliver flawless service.
  
• Collaborate with Culinary, Events, and Salesteams to create memorable experiences.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations,F&B Director, or Senior F&B Manager in a luxury hotel ormulti-outlet environment.
  
• Financial acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, andcost control.
  
• Strong leadership and strategic vision, with ahands-on approach.
  
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is aplus).
