Head of Sales DENZA – Belgium and Luxembourg

As Head of Sales DENZA for Belgium and Luxembourg, you drive market expansion and sales growth and play a pivotal role in establishing DENZA as a leading premium automotive brand. You develop the sales strategy, manage key stakeholder relationships and build a high-quality dealer network to reach ambitious revenue and market penetration objectives. You report to the Deputy Country Manager Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Sales strategy development: Work with the Deputy Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive market share growth and meet sales targets.
• Business development: Manage business growth from an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. You are responsible for the key sales metrics and KPIs of the region and work with the dealers to achieve the agreed goals.
• Premium network building: Build and animate a dealer network that is fully equipped to represent DENZA and to deliver a premium customer experience, in line with the brand's retail standards.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key industry partners and end users. Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Forecasting and reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports, with insights on market trends, sales performance and challenges.
• Market development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups, in line with the company's overall business plan.
• Brand promotion: Work with the Marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities and strengthen brand reputation and influence among key industry partners.
• Sales team management: Build and develop the sales team, set targets and evaluate performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Network, Operations, Aftersales, Finance, Legal and HR to support sales goals.

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven success in senior automotive sales leadership roles. Experience with premium brand launches is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth, complex deal structuring and negotiation skills, and the ability to animate a strong dealer network.
• Leadership: Team leadership and development.
• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch, with professional English as the corporate language.
• Mobility: Driving licence B, and willingness to travel extensively across Belgium and Luxembourg and internationally.
• Flexibility: A flexible approach to working hours to support critical business initiatives.
