Dan is de functie van Technisch Polyvalent Operator (TPO) iets voor jou. Je start als tijdelijke medewerker, maar deze functie biedt een reële kans op een vast contract. Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Technisch Polyvalent Operator combineer je technische expertise met operationele ondersteuning. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze afvul- en verpakkingslijnen optimaal draaien door machines om te bouwen, storingen op te lossen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren.

Jouw taken:

• Ombouwen en afstellen van productielijnen voor nieuwe productieorders.
• Instellen van machineparameters en ondersteunen bij opstarten van producties.
• Opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen.
• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en TPM-activiteiten.
• Ondersteunen bij grote onderhoudsstops en technische projecten.
• Meedenken over en realiseren van technische verbeteringen.
• Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies.
• Samenwerken met operatoren, onderhoudstechniekers en andere stakeholders.

Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden

• Je hebt een technisch diploma (A2) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en/of hydraulica.
• Je houdt ervan problemen te analyseren en structureel op te lossen.
• Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en veiligheidsgericht.
• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
• Basiskennis Engels is een plus.
