Job Summary

IT Business Analyst (IT BA) – Role Description

• Lead and drive the initiative from business analysis through solution delivery, working closely with CLT(Customer Loyalty Teams), Business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Engage directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyse business processes, document current and target-state flows, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify the most effective and sustainable solutions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills, with the ability to understand both business and technical perspectives.
• Act as a project lead/coordinator, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and driving timely delivery.
• Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude, strong ownership, and accountability, escalating risks, issues, and deviations to the stakeholders when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT BA with more than 6 years of experience in Banking Domain
• Experience working in complex business and IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or projects.
• Candidates already based in Belgium (onshore) are preferred.
