About our role

This is an open application as Copywriting Consultant (NL) with Ariad. By sending us your CV, you’re expressing interest in joining our internal team as a full-time consultant on Ariad’s payroll—someone who represents us, our values, and our mission within the leading brands we work with.

In this role, you’ll create powerful, compelling content in Dutch that informs, inspires and drives engagement. You’ll craft campaigns, write UX microcopy, and shape brand tone across digital platforms, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure the voice and message stay sharp and on point.

From here, we move in two directions at once: first, getting to know you and understanding how well we align as a team. At the same time, we’re identifying exciting projects with our clients that could be the perfect fit for you. It’s a journey of exploration, one where your goals matter as much as the role itself.

The process is simple:

A short phone call to understand who you are and what drives you.
A videocall interview where we dive deeper into your experience and ambitions.
A final meeting with one of our Business Leads to look at the bigger picture and how we grow together.

What you will be doing

Create and adapt clear, engaging Dutch-language content for digital platforms.
Write for a variety of formats: websites, social media, emails, campaign assets, and more.
Ensure consistency in tone, style and brand voice across all content.
Work closely with designers, marketers, and UX specialists to deliver user-centred messaging.
Review performance of your content and improve it based on real user feedback and data.

What you bring

A passion for language and the impact of well-crafted messaging.
3+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation roles, preferably in digital environments.
Native-level Dutch writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of tone and nuance.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams (UX, marketing, product, etc.).
A keen eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking and love for storytelling.
Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments.
Fluent communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
